The law says everyone must complete a CBT course. This allows you to ride a learner legal moped, motorcycle or scooter as a learner. Upon satisfactory completion of CBT you can either continue riding as a learner or take a restricted licence test doing a 495cc course. This leads to a full licence with a 2 year power restriction. If you are over 24, you can do direct access DAS after CBT, on a 595cc bike allowing you to ride any motorcycle without any power restriction. If you prefer we can arrange 1 to 1 private lessons on a 495cc or 595cc bike.
